Learning Observed
|
During our Math workshops Sanjana has been developing her ability to add two groups of numbers together. Before beginning our new learning Sanjana was counting the objects from one to solve equations. As we have progressed she has developed new skills. Today during Math she was using beans and cups to solve equations using numbers to ten. Sanjana was able to place 5 beans in one cup and 3 beans in another. She then added the two numbers together by counting the biggest number from 1. As we completed more activities around this Sanjana was able to develop her speed in solving these equations.
