The Arts: Drama Level 2
Explore and use elements of drama for different purposes
Share drama through informal presentation and respond to elements of drama in their own and others' work
In iExplore, groups have been learning about drama. What is drama? What is the purpose of it? And why people use drama? In groups, learners have to come up with an idea to share using drama. Plan and storyboard their ideas. Then they use some time to film, record and edit their drama using iPads and finally share and reflect on their piece they have put together.
In this activity Sanjana is learning to develop her capabilities in showing different emotions and acting skills. She is developing her curiosity by researching and finding out more using devices. Sanjana was able to collaborate with others by sharing her ideas, listening to others and working in a group to create their movie. Sanjana made connections by using what she learned and knows about drama while in this iExplore.
